The Role:

We are looking for a Senior NetSuite Administrator to manage our NetSuite instance and its integrated systems.  You will be responsible for configuring and supporting all NetSuite modules and features and will directly provide guidance to our NetSuite users.  You will also be responsible for implementing and maintaining scripts, workflows, and integrations using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk.

To be successful in this role, you should have a solid understanding of NetSuite functional processes, such as A/P, A/R, & general ledger. You should also have a desire to work closely with end-users to understand their needs and to advise with technical guidance and solutions.

What You’ll Do:

System Configuration and Customization:

• Configure and customize NetSuite to meet the organization's business needs.
• Implement and maintain custom scripts, workflows, and saved searches.

User Support and Training:

• Provide support to end-users, addressing issues, and ensuring smooth operation.
• Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing users.

Integration Management:

• Oversee integration of NetSuite with other systems and applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.

Security and Access Control:

• Manage user roles and permissions to ensure data security and compliance.
• Conduct regular security audits and implement necessary measures.

System Upgrades and Patch Management:

• Plan and execute NetSuite system upgrades.
• Stay updated on the latest releases and patches, applying them as needed.

Customization and Scripting:

• Develop SuiteScripts and other customization to enhance system functionality.
• Implement custom solutions leveraging NetSuite’s development framework.

Reporting and Analytics:

• Design and generate custom reports and dashboards for various stakeholders.
• Utilize SuiteAnalytics for data analysis and business intelligence.

Documentation:

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, customizations, and processes.
• Develop and update user guides and training materials.

Performance Monitoring and Optimization:

• Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
• Optimize workflows and processes to enhance efficiency.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to align NetSuite with overall organizational goals.

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field or relative experience.
• NetSuite Administrator Certification is preferred.
• NetSuite SuiteCloud Certification is preferred.
• Several years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator, with a focus on system configuration, customization, and support.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
• Proficient in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
