What You'll Do

As a Paid Search Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing paid search campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions for our organization. You will manage our paid search advertising budgets and work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve our digital marketing goals.

You will:

  • Develop and execute paid search strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Create and optimize ad campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and others
  • Write compelling ad copy, partner to A/B test landing pages with CRO best practices in mind
  • Manage large campaign budgets based on performance goals while continually creating efficiencies and maximizing ROI
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research
  • Implement and understand tracking and B2B full-funnel metrics
  • Report on performance and present findings
  • Take the initiative to try
  • Identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
  • Stay up to date on the latest paid search trends and platform capabilities
  • Monitor spending to stay within budget constraints
  • Generate regular reports on campaign performance and communicate results to stakeholders
  • Work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects

What You Need to Get the Job Done

  • You have 6+ years of marketing and analytics experience
  • You have strong project management skills
  • You openly communicate needs and performance 
  • You work well independently and collaboratively in a team
  • You have an aptitude for testing and calculated risks with recommendations
  • You are located in Utah and excited about working hybrid, generally coming into our Lindon, Utah office one or two times per week
  • You have directly managed $250k+/month in paid search spend across Google Ads & Bing and have been held accountable for down funnel sales metrics

  • You understand how paid and organic channels work together as well and impact one another
  • You have a strong attention to detail and a high level of organizational skills
  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or relevant business intelligence tools
