What you will do:

  •  Design, build and manage partner programs
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Operations, and other organizations to drive alignment and execution of partner programs
  • Work closely and collaboratively in market with Coupa’s partners to collect, analyze and prioritize partner GTM programs
  • Build value messaging and identify opportunity size to drive investment and execution of new programs
  • Design GTM collateral, policies and processes and work collaboratively with operations and other organizations on the rollout, management and tracking of partner programs
  • Manage internal and external communications related to assigned partner programs
  • Establish and track metrics with recommendations for continued improvement
  • Work in compliance with company standards and business guidelines
  • Travel will be required on an as needed basis

What you will bring to Coupa:

  • Credibility at all levels and evidence of building strong relationships internally and with partners
  • Experience building and managing a partner program, preferably in a technology environment
  • Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills
  • Execution & revenue focused
  • Great project & program management skills, ability to leverage, manage & lead virtual teams
  • Structure and rigour yet able to take risks where necessary & solutions minded
  • Possess a strong service orientation and finds challenge in problem solving complex situations

The estimated pay range for this role is as follows:


•Base range of $119,000 - $137,000 + eligibility for commission with an estimated pay mix of 70/30.


The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location within the state.
