What We'll Bring:
This position is responsible for supporting the execution of solution strategies for ShareAble, a high-profile horizontal at TransUnion. The ShareAble platform currently enables consumers to share their background data with independent landlords and microbusiness employers. The successful candidate will use their analytical skills to drive the product roadmap, find new opportunity for profitable growth, and lead various research initiatives aimed at understanding our customers and competitive environment. Assessing market segments and providing analysis related to pricing and positioning as well as analyzing product life cycles, revenue, marketing campaigns, and profitability is required. Initiatives may also include research and analysis, participating in product ideation sessions, leading cross functional development efforts or assisting on mid-size to major efforts, and supporting the centralized product development process functions.
What You'll Bring:

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to write and QA new, complicated SQL scripts independently
• Ability to research a product's competitive landscape and describe positioning of different competitors
• Ability to use business data to turn business hypotheses in actionable recommendations
• 2+ years of relevant work experience in marketing, analytics, statistics, etc...
• Bachelor degree with emphasis in marketing, engineering, business, finance, accounting, economics, math/statistics, science or an equivalent field

We'd Love to See:

• Google Analytics experience, certifications or official training preferred
• Experience with other web analytics software (e.g. MixPanel)
• Experience implementing different marketing attribution models
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau
• Prior experience in marketing or statistical analysis or product management
• Graduate degree

Impact You'll Make:

• The first 90 days of this role will involve:
  • Learning about the ShareAble products, their market landscape and their market segments
  • Becoming comfortable with the data available on the products, how to access and analyze it
  • Being able to independently produce periodic reports
  • Learning how to turn analysis into concise communication to Senior Leadership
  • Learning about the roles and responsibilities of coworkers and matrix partners
• What you'll accomplish beyond 90 days:
  • Begin to turn analysis into novel findings that drive new profitable business decisions
  • Become the SME in the business data underlying ShareAble and be able to efficiently respond to ad hoc requests
  • Create a pricing proposal for an expansion of ShareAble into a new market
  • Automate away need to manually pull periodic reports
  • Suggest profitable changes to current marketing program
• Key projects and business impact:
  • Building and updating an annual revenue forecast for multiple products
  • Analyzing ShareAble's marketing program to increase profitability
  • Develop pricing models for multiple products across multiple markets and countries

Compensation:
We offer competitive compensation packages that are based on careful consideration of the impact and scope of the position, external pay benchmarking and the candidates' knowledge skills and abilities. Our target salary ranges are quite broad to accommodate the many factors that are considered.
Salary Range:
$55,800.00 - $106,200.00
