Job Description

We are looking for a data-driven, customer-centric Sr. Product Manager, to manage and build products that can help us to market our own and our customer’s products better and monetize our data.

Responsibilities:

  • Understands and represents persona needs
  • Contributes towards defining the vision for the product, and aligns stakeholders around that vision
  • Leads on engaging with users, gathering insights and continually testing and validating requirements
  • Develops concepts, leads product design, defines user journeys, briefs prototypes, forms hypotheses and defines KPIs to measure success
  • Develops the business case for new products and improvements to existing products
  • Prioritizes product features, manages the backlog and owns the product roadmap
  • Works closely with data and analytics to ensure decisions are data- driven and performance is monitored
  • Works with delivery teams to develop, prioritise and execute prioritized requirements
Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a product manager, showing ability to acquire domain expertise of markets, products and personas
  • Experience working in an iterative, test-and-learn culture, or helping create that kind of culture
  • Commercial expertise – competence in financial modelling, analytics and marketing
  • Leadership skills – ability to form, lead and develop a cross-functional team and work with a range of stakeholders
  • Is externally focused, and able to demonstrate knowledge of the external market and competitor landscape.
  • Strong in building relationships internally and externally, partnering with colleagues to build and develop the Market Pillar product vision
