Sr. Product Manager, JobRobotix
Job Description
JobRobotix, a subsidiary of Nomad Health, is a leading provider of middleware software for the staffing industry. Our hallmark product, JobSource, enables staffing agencies to quickly and easily ingest job orders from hundreds of vendor management systems to the agency’s applicant tracking system (ATS). The JobRobotix product suite also gives agencies the power to clean job data before reaching their ATS, so our agency customers spend less time on manual data entry and more time filling job orders.
As Sr. Product Manager of JobRobotix, you will be a partner to JobRobotix’s General Manager and cofounders in developing the product vision and go-to-market strategy, as well as leading the execution of product development. The JobRobotix product suite is critical business software for our customers and involves tight API integrations with a partner ecosystem, as well as robust scraping technology. At JobRobotix, you will have the opportunity to build new products from scratch and scale them to become a significant part of JobRobotix’s success.
Responsibilities/What You Will Do
- Deeply understand the market, competition and our users, so that you can own the strategy and execution for key aspects of the JobRobotix product
- Partner closely with client services and engineering to proactively identify and address any and all friction that stands between users and their workflows
- Leverage deep, proven technical expertise to work closely with your engineering partners and drive business requirements all the way down to service definition and data model creation
- Go broad and deep into the platform architecture, partnering with the engineering team on delivering highly scalable and resilient solutions
- Combine internal user expertise, deep data analysis and business requirements to create and validate hypotheses which enable both user and business value
- Drive agile planning, execution processes, backlog management and work prioritization; identify and drive improvements to the software development lifecycle and standard methodologies in agile engineering
- Effectively translate requirements into a plan that brings engineering along and excites them about the potential we see in front of us
- Execute from vision to strategy to epics to user stories; you are the key to converting aspiration into value
Qualifications/ Skills - What You Will Need
- Experience working in an early stage startup environment, as well as a strong bias for action and the ability to work autonomously
- Experience working at a product-led growth SaaS company
- 5+ years of experience in a Product Management role, working directly with engineering and design to build software products
- Proven experience defining and delivering software and platforms for B2B or internal operations, such as HR technology, recruiting and applicant tracking systems, customer relationship management, labor marketplaces, project or document management
- Technical background with a technical degree or experience; experience with API integrations required; preferred experience with Microsoft technology stack (e.g., Azure)
- Experience working in Agile environments, particularly scrum
- Ability to conduct user research and competitive analysis, as well as synthesize user needs into product priorities and specifications
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to foster cross-team and cross-office collaboration
- Ability to use quantitative and qualitative data to back up assumptions, make decisions, and define metrics
- Experience in the healthcare staffing space is an advantage

Compensation for this full-time position is between $149,500 to $235,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum amount employees can earn during their time in the role. Actual pay may be higher or lower depending on geographic locations, skills, experience, and other factors permitted by law.
