The role is accountable for developing the audience journey strategy for Incident Response services to contribute to growing this critical area of the business. As a Customer Journey Sr. Product Marketing Manager, you are passionate about technology, enjoy creating customer experience strategies to enable discover, try, buy and love for a product and its value, and thrive being a part of a multi-disciplinary group of people working toward a common outcome. You work with kindness, empathy, and integrity in every interaction you have.ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities: • Craft compelling value propositions and creative ways to effectively communicate them • Deliver our story directly, and via senior spokespeople to engage customers and partners • Ensure successful execution via all channels, at events, online and social, sales etc. • Partner with engineering, business planning, and finance to influence and shape product direction • Partner with the broader marketing organization to amplify our message and execute major moments • Establish a deep understanding and point-of-view on competitive offeringsQualificationsRequired/Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in technology marketing, or transferrable experience in developing customer journey strategies, creating channel briefs, selling your ideas, and measuring success
    • OR Master's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business
    • OR equivalent experience.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in business
    • OR Master's Degree in Marketing, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in business
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • Proven capability translating product positioning and messaging into compelling customer experiences in a journey connected through to sales
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Successful track record of working collaboratively across a large organization
  • Ability to navigate the less structured and more ambiguous nature of incubation projects
  • High degree of accountability and ownership; drive for results and action orientation
  • Understanding of security managed services, and business technology markets, trends, and dynamics
