On the Technology side, we've built an entire sports betting and iGaming platform from the ground up in less than 3 years. Our Product Technology team is comprised of the brightest minds in Tech, and our culture of autonomy and decisiveness gives the team the freedom to deliver without constantly seeking permission to take action. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, Product and Technology, you will support a 400+ person product development organization, building consumer products for the rapidly growing U.S. sports betting and digital casino industry. In this role you will use your past experience managing teams and projects to develop processes for and give advice to departmental leaders so that the product development teams can efficiently deliver features that delight our customers. You will lead through strong relationships and influence, not hierarchy, and strive to create an organizational culture focused on delivering results and ownership.
What You Will Do:
  • Own and maintain the organizational initiatives backlog and ensure progress is being made on the items with the highest priority.
  • Maintain and track progress on the Product and Technology leadership team backlog.
  • Train and continually develop our team members on our organizational culture, focusing them on delivering against our strategy through reasoned decision making and ownership.
  • Lead the department's Player Coach community of practice.
  • Plan and facilitate quarterly and weekly Product and Technology leadership meetings.
  • Support the department throughout annual financial planning cycles.
  • Develop and maintain processes that ensure the organization's roles are being executed according to their definitions.
  • Create, maintain, and improve departmental processes.
  • Develop and maintain departmental training programs, including managing the toolsets.

What You Will Need:
  • 10+ years of program management leadership experience within a technology organization.
  • Detailed knowledge of IT delivery processes and approaches in use across the market, i.e. Agile, Scaled Agile, LeSS.
  • Experience leading large, cross-functional programs or initiatives.
  • Experience in process management and process improvement, specifically within a Product Organization.
  • Ability to build trusting relationships with your colleagues
  • Lead without hierarchy; you are a go-to person in the organization and must be able to lead through influence.
  • Strong customer focus recognizing internal and external customers, demonstrating a thorough understanding of customer needs.
  • Ability to focus on strategic goals and objectives while dealing with operational issues.
