Our Sr. Project Manager within our Customer Care division, is and individual contributor that will lead 2-3 project teams who is responsible for implementation management, client management, and generation of project results and value to their clients. Key responsibilities include managing and implementing projects assigned (scope, cost, schedule, resources, and deliverables), facilitating team and client update and status meetings, collaboration within the team and communication of all Risks, Issues and Escalations for their projects via the MedeAnalytics Services documentation and communication standards. Ensure excellence in the execution and the delivery of the projects and programs by partnering with the varying levels of employees across MedeAnalytics.
To be successful in this role, this candidate needs to have project management experience along with deep knowledge of PMI best practices and agile methodologies. The position requires the ability to analyze workflows and set priorities across multiple clients to ensure timely completion.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Leads and focuses team efforts across all of client implementations (data analytics, configuration, installation, validation, and ongoing support)
- Leads data analysis by ensuring efficient data collection, instructing on analytical options, and summarizing conclusions and recommendations
- Utilizes and adapts consultative processes and tools to routine and complex situations, circumstances, and new requirements. Organizes and schedules staff to ensure efficient use of resources
- Controls scope of client expectations surrounding delivery and maintenance of MedeAnalytics solutions
- Ensures compliance with MedeAnalytics administrative policies by staff
- Communicates effectively and establishes credibility with channel partner and client organizations to facilitate the change process
- Oversees client and project team interactions
- Communicates progress, risks/issues, and solutions that reflect ability to anticipate and adapt to changing circumstances
- Delivers presentations to clients and MedeAnalytics staff that demonstrate full command of factual material
- Leverage internal tools to view and track requests for the team
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
- Understands and utilizes MedeAnalytics tools and client system functionality
- Effectively directs, coaches, motivates, and evaluates staff
 Education, Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or equivalent degree specializing in health care administration, economics, industrial engineering, math, accounting, or business
- Previous manager-level experience with a consulting firm, technical firm and/or healthcare experience is required
- Experience with both technical and functional components of client implementations
- Project Management and Client Management experience is required.
- Possess analytical skills (problem solving, quantitative, workflow process, etc.)
- Ability to influence the actions and opinions of others
- Financial analysis experience is desirable
- Advanced negotiation, presentation, selling, customer service and interpersonal skills
- Managing and setting expectations across all levels
- Champion of change (lead, motivate, inspire, transform)
- Strong personal computer skills (Excel, Word, Windows, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Microsoft Office)
