About the role

The Planning and Activation team is responsible for creating and enhancing the conditions by which our clients love our work; building strong and lasting relationships, living and breathing their business, knowing the language of digital media, and driving and orchestrating the campaign delivery process.

The Sr. Project Manager has day-to-day responsibility for implementation, execution and delivery of client campaigns. Working alongside Senior Project Managers and Planners, they will ensure effective and efficient delivery of projects to brief, schedule and creative deliverables.

Some of the things we’d like you to do:

• Assist with campaign timeline development and management
• Support campaign deliverables management by thorough monitoring of all tasks and deliverables
• Recap and share meeting notes and next steps
• Assist with the tracking and receiving of creative assets from external creative agencies
• Support internal creative asset review and quality assurance processes, and trafficking of creative assets to vendor partners
• Assist with execution related operational onboarding of new campaigns and/or resources onto the team
• Recap in email on all live media placements on a daily basis during campaign flights

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are particularly important in developing client relationships and maintaining efficient communication across the team

• Diligent and attentive to detail; able to follow through on projects and/or issues
