Sr. QA Engineer

About the Role

Reporting to the Sr. Manager of QA Engineering, Agero is looking for a Sr. QA Engineer who will help us develop and maintain automation framework(s) across multiple projects and enterprise wide initiatives. 

Key Outcomes 

• Develop and maintain automation framework(s) across multiple projects
• Automate & Execute Test Cases and Test Suites
• Ensuring that the team is using QA best practices
• Collaborate with QA leadership to architect, establish and evolve QA processes
• Ensure all projects meet functional requirements and map to QA test cases
• Partner closely with the engineering teams to replicate and resolve issues
• Develops testing requirements, test cases, and test plans.
• Creates clearly documented plans, designs and results
• Provides work estimates

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related software engineering experience
• 5-7+ years of experience with software testing, QA principles, methods, and processes
• Expert/SME level experience with Selenium 
• Working Knowledge of RestAPI, GraphQL, Databases, GitHub
• Knowledge of test tools such as JIRA, Zephyr Enterprise
• Knowledge of Node.js and javascript 
• Knowledge of Load testing and Performance testing is a plus
• Experience in Mobile and/or IVR automation is a plus
• Ability to read code and identify issues
• Familiarity with Scrum Agile project management
