With our in-house engineering team spanning across US and Europe we are building our world-class technology platform, which entirely automates the world’s top-rated global Employer of Record.

We are strong advocates of DevOps culture where product managers, engineers, QA, IT operations and InfoSec work together towards a common goal, enabling the fast flow of planned work into production, while achieving world-class stability, reliability, availability and security.

What you will do:

• Design and develop our best in class cloud platform, working on all parts of the code stack from front-end, REST/GraphQL API’s through back-end application logic to integrations with external systems and database. 
• Build quick prototypes to refine concepts, then turn them into real production-quality features.
• Build or implement internal tools to gather metrics and monitor health of applications
• Diagnose and fix issues reported by internal teams and customers
• Accomplish engineering and company mission by completing related results as needed
• Support and develop software engineers by providing advice, coaching and educational opportunities
• Work as a part of cross-functional agile team in collaborative environment

What we are looking for:

• Strong experience in developing enterprise applications in Java (Spring/JEE), Node.js or mixed, in product-focused development teams
• Experience in front-end using React, TypeScript (or similar JavaScript framework/library)
• Hands-on in API design using REST, gRPC or similar
• Very good understanding of modern cloud architectures and technologies
• Relational databases (such as PostgreSQL) and hands-on SQL knowledge
• Good understanding of cross-functional agile development teams, DevOps culture and built-in quality paradigm
• Excellent English (both verbal and written)
• BSc. in Computer Science or equivalent
