Have you ever wondered how a small team manages the infrastructure needed to host thousands of websites? Our software engineers build systems that automate services at scale. Leveraging new technologies like custom Kubernetes controllers and cloud functions, we are able to automate the deployment, enhancement, and maintenance of our Kubernetes platform. Day to Day
  • Building automated, scalable services to power our growing infrastructure
  • Collaborating with an agile team that is passionate about utilizing emerging technologies and delivering high quality and timely code
  • Leveling up those around you to help them grow while reinforcing your own knowledge
  • Help uncover new technologies that allow us to become more efficient
  • Set strategy and guide direction when prioritizing new work
  • Deploying monitoring and alerting systems to aid engineering and support efforts
  • Diving into specific technology roadblocks and uncovering how we can make our platform more performant, resilient, and reliable

Your Expertise and Passion
  • Has worked on an agile team and is passionate about development
  • 3+ years of experience deploying any (or all) of the following into a production environment: Docker, Kubernetes, cloud functions, pub/sub, relational databases, network file storage
  • Has an understanding of the common WordPress technology stack: Linux, Varnish, Apache/Nginx, MySQL, and PHP
  • Has experience (or interest) in the following development languages: Golang, Ruby, PHP, SQL, Bash
  • Has experience (or interest) in: configuration management systems, Prometheus or other monitoring systems, sophisticated network configurations, TLS certificates and Web Application Firewalls (WAFs)
  • Computer Science Degree or Equivalent
