Sr. Solutions Analyst - Revenue Cycle

Job Profile Summary:

Support the definition, delivery, and success of WellSky products. Work with stakeholders to define product requirements and execute development and delivery of solutions. Become an expert in defining, analyzing, and documenting software-integration requirements.

A day in the life! 

Key Activities:

• Facilitate collaboration with stakeholders to define requirements, for medium to large size projects with some elements of complexity.
• Manage requirements in JIRA, ensure availability to scrum team, collaborate and track prioritization and adhere to agile development principals.
• Look for new ways to evaluate data, including user metrics, adoption metrics, and market research data to suggest areas for product enhancements.
• Gather and document product requirements by conducting market research and visiting clients/non-clients and engaging internal stakeholders.
• Establish and improve outcomes of solution metrics, KPIs and client adoption.
• Communicate with stakeholders to arrive at consensus for user stories/projects.
• Communicate product enhancements and features to stakeholders based on understanding of the market problem (the job to be done) and the scope of the deliverable.
• Conduct analyses of product features, including user behavior analysis, A/B testing, segmentation/funnel studies, product-success metrics development, KPI’s, and other product performance metrics and make recommendations as a result of findings.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field; or Associate’s degree with 2 years of relevant work experience.
• 5 years of direct experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations and in-depth knowledge of healthcare reimbursement methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience using JIRA, Miro, Viso or other solution mapping or development documentation tools and systems.
• 2 years of experience working with products/solutions in an Agile scrum environment.
• Healthcare revenue cycle operational experience in LTC, LTAC, SNF, or Behavioral Health facilities.

Additional Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Suite Applications.
• Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations.
• Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position.
