The Opportunity

This position works out of our Lake County, IL or Willis Tower, Chicago downtown location in the Digital Technology Services (DTS) division.

As the Sr. Systems Analyst - Domains and Certificates you'll have the chance to ensure that Abbott's products continue to be a trusted household name by participating in new marketing campaigns and executing on certificate standards.

What You'll Work On

• Manage enterprise certificate and web domain portfolio
• Conduct market research and interviews to establish thought leadership of market capabilities
• Manage licenses and charge/show back model to the enterprise in partnership with Finance.
• Deliver training to new users building advocacy. Generate and distribute best practices.
• Able to build strong cross-functional partnerships with Commercial business stakeholders, IT resources, Cybersecurity, Leagal, and External integration partners and contractors
• Serve as support escalation point of contact for issues
• Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures
• Make decisions that impact projects or Departments. Influence final decision authority for project level, budget and activities
• Challenge the status quo recognizing trends and capabilities leaps from recommendations to leverage
• Conduct market research and interviews to establish thought leadership of market capabilities

Required Qualifications

• B.S. in Business, Computer Science, or related discipline
• 2-4 years of IT experience working within a large/complex IT organization, including SSL/TLS administration or web development.
• Application support/operations experience
• Vendor management experience

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in SLC methodologies
• Experience in pharmaceutical or medical device industry
• Strong analytical skills, including demonstrated proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project.
• CISSP Certification

The base pay for this position is

$71,300.00 - $142,700.00

In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
