Job Description
MetroStar is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to grow its DevSecOps, AI/ML and Cloud engineering needs. You will bring valuable sourcing skills to build a network of high demand potential candidates (cleared and non-cleared) through proactive market searching and attracting the right talent to MetroStar.
What You’ll Do
- You will source, evaluate, and review potential IT candidates utilizing cold calls, job boards, social networking and internal database, etc.
- Interview prospective IT candidates via video, phone and/or in person to assess skillsets, work history, and salary requirements.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified DevSecOps, Data Scientists, Engineers, and Artificial Intelligence subject matter experts ready to submit to current and future needs
What You’ll Bring to the Team
- Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in talent sourcing and recruiting for high quality technical candidates, such as DevOps Engineers, Cloud Engineers, Data Engineers, etc.
- Bachelors in related field or 5 years of full lifecycle recruiting
- Ability to identify and source candidates outside of job boards (i.e., blogs, Reddit and GitHub are highly desired) using X-Ray/Boolean search techniques
- Must be able to work independently, be organized, manage multiple priorities and support recruiting team members as necessary including scheduling interviews, updating the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse Preferred)
- Ability to keep up with technology trends, support fast paced, very technical, and quality recruitments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, Jira, Power BI, and HRIS systems (Greenhouse preferred)
- Experience providing exceptional customer experience
