- Partner with sales and solutions engineers to drive business value discovery workshops to customer CXO and departmental leads.
- Conduct quantitative analysis, ROI modeling, unit economic analysis and value realization benchmarking.
- Create & deliver business value deliverables to customer CXO roles
- Design, develop, deploy internal assets to inform our Professional Services and Customer Success teams on ideal customer outcomes.
- You will be the first member of Value Engineering, so will need to support the development of new value assets, tools and collateral, and help develop the practice. There is potential to grow a team to support this function longer-term.
- 5+ years in a customer facing role with technology. Ideally pre-sales or Solution Architecture, but may also be equivalent consulting, or implementation experience
- 3+ years demonstrable success leading workshops with enterprise clients
- History of designing, developing, and deploying workshop practices and related assets preferred
- Management experience preferred
- Bachelors of Science in technical field preferred; completion of 4-year degree required
- Masters degree or other advanced degree preferred
- Additional relevant professional certifications ((PMP, CSM, etc.) preferred
- An understanding of the application deployment processes that enable successful Cloud transformation, change management, and organizational acceptance.
- Strong customer-facing skills including the ability to influence technical and executive audiences towards the desired outcome.
- Creative problem solver with the ability to think critically, prioritize ruthlessly and execute consistently toward desired organizational outcomes.
