Sr/FP&A Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION:

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Manage periodic close
2. Perform periodic reporting (including PL, expense, HC, to-market and in-market) under his/her manger’s supervision
3. Analyze variance vs. LBE on BU performance and expense spending, communication with BU on monthly basis
4. Support for forecast and planning, work with other function for OPEX forecast
5. Price setup in system and promotion program effectiveness tracking
6. Collaborate with shared service center to ensure smooth financial activities
7. Balance Sheet monthly reconciliation and ensure no long aging items
8. Support internal and external audit
9. Support manager to improve internal processes
10. Provide data and financial analysis support on special cases

Experience

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
2. SAP, Oracle, Power User of MS Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint
3. At least 5 years of experience in Finance;
4. Experience in Heath Care industry is preferred;
5. Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
6. Good command of English
7. Good analytical skill and strong data sensitivity
8. Strong business acumen and result orientated
9. Ability to work under pressure and meeting the deadlines
