Staff Accountant β Confidential Client (Hospitality Industry)Location:Gladwyne, PASalary:$60,000β$70,000
A confidential client of LHH Recruitment, a premier organization in the hospitality industry, is seeking adetail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountantto join their Business Office team. This full-time, on-site role is essential to maintaining the financial integrity of the organization by supporting various accounting and reporting functions.Key Responsibilities
β’ Perform monthly bank and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and support audited financials.
β’ Record deposits and payments across multiple entities.
β’ Prepare and post monthly journal entries.
β’ Create and maintain financial analysis and internal reports.
β’ Assist in the development of annual labor, expense, and capital budgets.
β’ Support internal and external audits.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance business office operations.
β’ Provide general support across all business office functions as needed.Qualifications
β’ Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Accounting or related field.
β’ Solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
β’ Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
β’ Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Benefits
