Job Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform administrative and system set-up responsibilities related to the payment system used for license fee calculations
• Perform contract summary reviews and understand Programmer contracts to determine payment requirements, calculations, and impact on subscriber reporting
• Review/audit economic terms of programming contracts to ensure payments are accurate and delivered in a timely manner to all Programmers and vendors
• Assist with circulation and tracking of payments for approvals
• Assist Programmers as needed with account, payment, and statement analysis
• Perform special tasks and ad hoc projects to contribute to the team goals of accuracy and efficiency

Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:

• 4-year degree, preferably BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Administration
• Intermediate Excel and G Suite experience preferred

Skills / Experience:

• Ability to independently resolve problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations and communicate issues and recommend solutions to a wide-ranging audience
• Willingness to follow written procedures as well as working closely with experienced team members
• Ability to learn quickly, prioritize and work under pressure, and adapt to a rapidly changing environment
• Maintain high energy, a positive attitude, and have a desire to learn and maintain an inquisitive mindset with a willingness to question the status quo
• Maintain a high degree of professionalism, and discipline and enjoy the competitive spirit of adventure
• Ability to assess and recommend improvements for processes and procedures; willingness to learn new concepts and work with teammates to find solutions

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
