The Staff Accountant will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Duties • Assist withmonth-end closeprocesses and journal entries • Performaccount reconciliationsto ensure accuracy and completeness • Managecash applicationfor customer payments • Prepare and analyzemonthly reporting packsfor management • Support compliance withbank covenant reporting • Applybasic GAAP knowledgeto daily accounting functions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and efficiencies Skills • Bachelor’s degree in Accountingrequired • 1–3 years of accounting experience preferred • Solid understanding ofGAAP principles • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAGE 100) a plus • Excellent communication and teamwork skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
