Staff Accountant (Remote)

Fulltime, US

In this role you prepare monthly journal entries, reconciles general ledger accounts monthly, and conduct necessary account analysis and research.

As a Staff Accountant you will

• Prepare balance sheet reconciliation
• Ensure accurate journal entries are processed monthly
• Support the interim and year-end financial audits
• Continuously work to streamline and automate reconciliation process
• Assist with the review of AP Vendor Maintenance
• Continuously improve processes to minimize costs
• Assist in coaching and mentoring junior staff accountants and specialists

About you

• Bachelor degree in accounting/finance or related field
• Experience in general accounting
• Proficiency with ERPs, word processing and spreadsheets (MS Excel) required
• Proficiency in PeopleSoft and Excel preferred
• Accounting under IFRS (International Accounting Standards) and GAAP preferred

The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position ofStaff Accountant is between $45 000 and $47 000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience and geographical location.
