Staff Accountant, Revenue

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Operations and various internal stakeholders to assist with orders and customer requests
• Liaise with customers to establish and maintain positive relationships
• Assist in the Order Management and A/R operations including reviewing sales orders, invoice processing, collections, and credit checks
• Perform month end close activities including A/R reconciliations, A/R aging, and Bad Debt
• Analyze credit reports, obtain trade references, and review financial information to assist in setting customer credit limits, and establish account terms for new and existing accounts
• Identify process improvement opportunities and actively help with the implementation of opportunities identified for the A/R function to drive operational efficiencies while maintaining accounting integrity
• Work with the Revenue team to assist with audit requests
