Position Details:
As a Staff Associate you will support a team of clinicians providing administrative responsibilities. Additionally you will promote communication between clinicians and their patients and families.
Reporting to a Senior Staff Associate this is full-time non-exempt fully onsite position.
You Will:
- Provide a high-quality patient experience for families receiving care at Child Mind Institute.
- Manage clinicians' calendars ensuring efficiency of clinical time and schedule appointments in the electronic medical records (EMR) system.
- Facilitate the flow of phone and email communication between clinicians and patients.
- Collect initial patient information perform intakes and coordinate services.
- Check in patient appointments and process daily billing through the EMR system.
- Maintain accurate and updated patient records.
- Follow HIPAA guidelines and strictly protect personal health information.
- Perform additional job-related duties as needed.
You Have:
- 2 or more years of administrative or office experience required.
- High school diploma or GED required.

Pay Range
The salary range for the position is posted. Factors such as candidate's work experience education/training job-related skills internal peer equity as well as market and business considerations affect the salary offered within this range. In addition this salary may be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state and depending on the role) if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
