What are you going to do?

You will have the opportunity to work in a forward-thinking and growth-oriented environment at a software implementation management (IMS) platform that automates simplifies and accelerates even the most complex customer onboarding projects. The product was born out of the founders' pain-managing integrations and deployments of enterprise software. The implementation space still heavily relies on emailing spreadsheets and dashboards. After each scaling services teams to 100s of people and trying every tool on the market they decided there had to be a better way.

Occupy a unique position in the market as a talented Backend Engineer to join our proven team. You will be working in a highly collaborative environment focused on crafting a high-quality product. The perfect candidate will have a keen sense of practice for scaling and resiliency high standards for quality and a strong sense of prioritization for incremental delivery. This role will have a strong architecture focus with an emphasis on API design integrations internal tooling and developer productivity.

• Deliver stable scalable APIs and backends;

• Be a key contributor to architectural decisions and execution;

• Solve non-trivial problems with simple standard solutions;

• Own product backend performance;

• Willingness to be on-call and run point on issues.

What will help you succeed

• Experience with Django;

• You’ve implemented GraphQL APIs;

• Experience with Docker and its ecosystem;

• You are very comfortable using Git.
