Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company

As a senior-level Product Designer on the cashflow team, you will play a key role, joining a team dedicated to defining and innovating the product and experiences used daily by our two primary groups. You will help alleviate user pain points and satisfy their needs with easy-to-use, delightful experiences. To do this, you’ll need to think visually - using techniques like experience maps and sketching to communicate design concepts. You’ll use your deep knowledge of the UX process (research, conceptual design, prototyping, testing), in collaboration with other team members, to iterate multiple solutions and deliver pixel perfect designs.

The ideal product design candidate will have successfully worked on a cross-functional squad in a previous design role, shipped complicated products to a specific user base, and collaborated successfully with stakeholders to achieve desired business outcomes. 

We’d love to chat if you have:

• 8 years of user-centered design, preferably for web-apps
• Genuine empathy for people
• Self-starter with experience working in innovative, fast-paced environment where transparency and open communication are highly valued
• Ability to communicate conceptual ideas, design rationale and design details both verbally and visually
• An effective advocate for user-centered design methods
• Excellent communicator and influencer who can work well across various groups and levels of the organization
• Expertise across all facets of human-centered design and user experience, spanning UX strategy, experience/interaction design, user research/assessment, prototyping, visual design, and user adoption
• Strong working knowledge of Figma and associated design tools
• Experience with user interface design patterns and standard UCD methodologies
• BA/BS degree in User Experience, Human Factors, Computer Science, Graphic Design or related degree, or equivalent work experience
