• Experienced Engineer: 6+ years in full-stack development with a focus on backend systems; proficient in TypeScript and React
• Technical Leader: 2+ years of experience leading projects and mentoring engineers.
• Architectural Expertise: Skilled in designing scalable, robust systems and anticipating implementation challenges.
• Database Proficient: Experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL; skilled in efficient SQL queries and optimizing performance..
• Product-Minded: Passionate about delivering high-quality, user-centric solutions with a "get things done" attitude.
• Adaptable: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to changing requirements.
• Collaborative: Excellent communication skills and a team player who positively influences others.
