STIBO STEP Engineer

We are seeking a Master Data Management Engineer (Stibo Step) to join our team. This person will be a key resource in a strategic enterprise transformation currently underway. We in the process of implementing both a Product MDM solution to reshape its core data collection processes.

Our customer is Fortune 500 company. As a leading business-to-business organization, more than 3.2 million customers rely on its products in categories such as safety, material handling and metalworking, along with services like inventory management and technical support.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating directly with business clients to design solutions that align with their requirements.
• Clearly articulating the advantages and disadvantages of various technologies, platforms, and architectural options, and documenting use cases, solutions, and recommendations.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment Skilled in researching, planning, organizing, leading, and implementing new processes or technologies.
• Demonstrating a strong ability to learn from others and work independently.

Requirements:  

• 1+ years of hands-on experience working as a Stibo STEP engineer 
• Proficient in configuration, workflows, business rules, security, STEP Portal, integrations, and report creation.
• Experience with tools and concepts related to MDM, such as data governance, data quality, data integration and data exporting Effective analytical and technical skills  
• Experience implementing Stibo STEP MDM solution 
• Experience integrating Stibo STEP MDM solution with Digital Publishing in STEP (whether single- or multi-instance solution)
