You will shape how supply, demand, and pricing interact to maximize long-term performance across a complex advertising ecosystem. Working cross-functionally with product, sales, finance, and data teams, you’ll transform data into actionable insights that directly influence business growth. Accountabilities:
- Drive revenue performance by optimizing marketplace dynamics, including supply, demand, pricing, and ad inventory utilization.
- Develop and execute yield strategies that balance short-term gains with long-term growth and efficiency.
- Monitor key marketplace health metrics such as fill rates, pricing trends, and performance indicators to identify optimization opportunities.
- Build predictive models and forecasting frameworks to guide capacity planning and revenue projections.
- Create dashboards and reporting tools that provide visibility into marketplace performance and strategic insights.
- Partner with product teams to influence auction mechanics, ranking systems, and monetization strategies.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to refine pricing strategies, channel approaches, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional analyses and initiatives that inform executive decisions and investment priorities.
- 5–8 years of experience in yield management, strategic finance, revenue analytics, or ads marketplace environments.
- Strong background in digital advertising, ad tech, or marketplace-based business models.
- Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large-scale datasets and analytical tools.
- Proven expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and building monetization frameworks.
- Deep understanding of auction-based systems, pricing strategies, and marketplace economics.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, structured insights and strategic recommendations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior leadership.
- Self-starter mindset with strong prioritization skills and the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced environments.
- Bonus: Experience with experimentation frameworks (A/B testing), causal inference, or supply-demand modeling.
- Competitive base salary ranging from $180,200 to $252,300 USD, depending on experience and location.
