Strategic Partner Development Manager
Are you excited by the chance to forge strategic partnerships at the intersection of technology and social impact? Do you draw energy from turning big ideas into actionable plans? Does your skillset span across strategy, sales, marketing, and operations?
We are excited to offer an opportunity to join Bonterra's Partnerships team with the potential to shape our most influential strategic partnerships with leaders in the social good sector. This role combines:

  • Partnership strategy - design and architect partnerships to accelerate the growth of our business and our partners' business.
  • Operations - harness the systems and tools that turn the potential of our partnerships into reality.
  • Cross-X-functional leadership - enlist Sales, Product and Marketing teams in bringing our products to market with partners.


You are:

  • Experienced in building software partnerships - you know first-hand what makes for a strong partnership, including the teams and stages required to move from concept to scale.
  • Operational rigor - you have built complex, cross-functional project plans and can point to instances where those plans have driven tangible business impact.
  • Analytical - you are good with data and open to learning new software tools that allow you to access and organize the data (e.g. Amazon Partner Network, Crossbeam, Reveal, PRM, etc)
  • Adept communicator - you can work across functional teams and seniority levels both internally and externally - from field sales to finance and marketing
  • Initiative-taking, persuasive, a self-starter, and a quick study


Nice to have

  • Experienced selling and partnering with AWS or other cloud ecosystem
  • Experience in public sector or non-profit technology solutions & sales motions
  • Experience in B2B software partnerships or sales


You will:

  • Lead the partnership relationship with strategic partners, starting with AWS, to increase partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue
  • Gain an understand of Bonterra's products and how they complement our partners' products and services
  • Develop strategic joint business plans and sales enablement assets to support partnership growth
  • Create reporting to track partnership KPIs and monitor performance
  • Identify and lead initiatives to optimize and scale Bonterra's partner operations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to build integrated GTM programs and drive pipeline


Compensation
The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and in addition to benefits this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses/incentives, and equity.
US Salary Range: $85,800 - $154,300
