In this role, you will take ownership of high-impact strategic partnerships that drive growth, differentiation, and market expansion within a fast-evolving healthcare ecosystem. You will serve as the primary relationship owner for key external partners, ensuring alignment between internal teams and external stakeholders to maximize joint value creation. The position requires a strong blend of relationship management, commercial acumen, and cross-functional leadership in a highly collaborative environment. You will play a pivotal role in shaping go-to-market strategies, enabling partner success, and unlocking new revenue opportunities through integrated ecosystem initiatives. This is a highly visible role where your work directly influences business performance and customer outcomes. Accountabilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with strategic partners, including executive-level stakeholders, while acting as the primary point of contact.
- Drive joint go-to-market initiatives, client launches, and partnership programs in close collaboration with sales, customer success, marketing, finance, and legal teams.
- Identify, negotiate, and support the execution of partnership agreements while ensuring alignment on commercial objectives and shared revenue opportunities.
- Define, track, and optimize partner performance metrics, financial targets, and key milestones to ensure sustained growth and value delivery.
- Monitor partner health and performance using data-driven insights, translating findings into actionable strategies and improvements.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to resolve escalations and strengthen partner engagement across the ecosystem.
- Organize partner-facing initiatives and events that enhance market presence and strengthen long-term relationship value.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, alliance management, customer success, or sales within complex organizations.
- Proven ability to manage and grow strategic external relationships, including executive stakeholder engagement.
- Experience working cross-functionally to negotiate and execute agreements, including collaboration with legal and commercial teams.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency with CRM and business tools such as Salesforce, Google Workspace, Tableau, Jira, or Asana.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data and metrics to guide decision-making and optimize partnerships.
- Interest or experience in healthcare, digital health, or point solutions is highly valued.
- Competitive salary range: $89,641 – $134,461.
