About the Job:

As Strategic Projects Senior Lead at Redesign Health, you will play a key role driving impact in the Startup Talent and Enablement function, whose mission is to efficiently identify, excite, and hire bar-raising CEOs, create the infrastructure to enable their performance, and empower and support them to swiftly hire exceptional founding team members. You will work closely with the Head of Talent and Enablement to plan the strategy, goals and KPIs of the team, as well as lead some of the goals. You will also support the general leadership of the team.

This is a high leverage role that has a direct and immediate impact on Redesign Health's ability to drive great outcomes for patients, partners, founders and shareholders by creating Operating Company teams of brilliant talent. You will work closely with the Talent and Enablement team, as well as many cross-functional teams.Β 

What you will do

  • Set the strategy, goals and KPIs for the team and hold the team accountable for meeting these.
  • Lead some of the team goals each quarter, as project lead.
  • Support the leadership of the team including team communications, engagement, hiring and development.
  • Act as representative for the Startup Talent and Enablement team in cross functional projects.

What you will need

  • You have 6+ years of experience, with at least 2 years in a chief of staff, management consulting, project management, or strategic operations role
  • You have experience successfully leading large cross-functional initiatives
  • You have experience successfully managing critical internal relationships
  • You have worked in fast paced ambiguous environments
  • You have ideally worked as part of a Talent and People team or closely with a Talent and People team
