This role sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and workforce transformation, driving high-impact initiatives that shape productivity, compensation structures, and workforce planning across a complex healthcare organization. You will translate quantitative and qualitative insights into actionable strategies that improve operational performance and employee engagement. Acting as a key advisor to senior stakeholders, you will lead cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and measurable outcomes. The position requires strong analytical thinking combined with the ability to influence decisions in ambiguous and fast-changing environments. You will also play a central role in change management, communication, and the development of tools and dashboards that support data-driven decision-making. Accountabilities:

  • Lead productivity, compensation, and workforce strategy initiatives by developing data-driven recommendations that align with organizational performance and growth objectives.
  • Partner with data and analytics teams to scope, interpret, and translate quantitative findings into clear business insights and strategic actions.
  • Gather and synthesize qualitative input from HR and operational leaders to complement data analysis and support informed decision-making.
  • Design and execute strategic initiatives using a minimum viable product and continuous improvement approach, ensuring rapid progress and measurable impact.
  • Drive operational improvements by analyzing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing scalable solutions that enhance productivity and effectiveness.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement, change management, and communication efforts to ensure alignment, adoption, and successful execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Develop dashboards, tools, and reporting solutions to support ongoing performance tracking and data-driven decision-making.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and quality expectations.
  • Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA or Master’s in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field) preferred.
    • 3+ years in strategy consulting or 6+ years in corporate strategy, operations, workforce planning, or related analytical roles.
    • Proven experience independently delivering measurable business impact in fast-paced, data-driven environments.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable strategies.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience delivering materials to executive-level stakeholders.
    • Strong project management abilities, including leading cross-functional teams and multiple initiatives simultaneously.
    • Experience working across HR, operations, and data teams with strong stakeholder management skills.
    • Comfortable working in ambiguity, with a proactive, solution-oriented, and highly adaptable mindset.
