Strategy Analyst & Field Ops Specialist

This role will involve defining, driving, and reporting global sales KPIs to support the rapid growth of the business and achieve corporate goals. It will require close collaboration with various business partners to evolve and refine operational processes, including conducting ad-hoc analysis and supporting related projects. Building key relationships and partnering with internal stakeholders will be crucial, as will the ability to perform sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data to create actionable insights, messages, and presentations. This role will require critical thinking, being able to deal with ambiguity and creative problem solving.  

What you will do:

• Define, drive, and report global sales KPIs to meet the rapid growth of the business and achieve corporate goals
• Support Territory Management as needed
• Partner closely with partners to evolve current Go-To-Market approaches and strategies. 
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis, and support related projects as needed
• Collaborate with segment leaders to develop and maintain KPIs
• Develop key relationships and partner with internal stakeholders
• Ability to conduct sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations

What you will bring to Coupa:

• 5+ years of experience in related Finance, Operations, Program Management or similar role supporting a regional or global organizations
• Experience in strategy, analytics, refining and implementing processes
• Analytical communication ability
• Ability to adapt to a fast-changing and evolving role
• Comfortable working in a continuously expanding program or line of business
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required (extensive knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint required)
