Strategy Director

About the role:

In a context of Global expansion and growth you will be working closely with the CEO CSO and leadership of Aspire to drive and lead global Strategic Corporate Development initiatives and activities. You will have a key role in working on the group strategy and executing opportunities including M&A strategic investments international expansion projects in order to help Aspire to achieve its mission thereby playing a key role in shaping the company’s direction as we continue to grow rapidly.

What will you be doing?

Identify and prioritize strategic opportunities for Aspire across products geographies and segments ● Evaluate opportunities and ROI from both an organic and an inorganic (M&A) perspective ● Deliver recommendations to senior team members to shape company and product strategy in a concise and compelling way. ● Drive opportunities from idea generation to implementation via top notch project management delivery and coordination across key stakeholders ● Partner with business leaders to drive market insights and competitive intelligence mergers and acquisitions and other strategic initiatives by performing market research and financial analysis. ● Work on international expansion projects (Strategy Product)

● Engage in continuous monitoring of business trends and outlooks for optimal business planning discussions ● Maintain strong relations with internal and external stakeholders

We would love to get to know you if you have the following:

• Relevant experience with strong preference of at least 7 years in a top consulting/big 4/investment banking firm and/or internal strategy role in a reputable company

• GTM and expansion context experience

• Strong attention to detail leadership skills and work ethic

• Strong understanding of financial modeling

• Demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis

Preferred qualifications

• Prior experience in fintech  or financial services industries will be strongly preferred

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

• Extraordinary business acumen and ability to see the big picture and dive deep as required

• Prior experience in an ASEAN market (working or educational)
