Strategy Insights and Planning Associate Consultant
ZS's Strategy Insights and Planning teams partner with clients to design and deliver solutions to help them tackle a broad range of business challenges. Our teams work on multiple projects simultaneously leveraging advanced data analytics and problem-solving techniques. Our recommendations and solutions are based on rigorous research and analysis underpinned by deep expertise and thought leadership.
What you'll do: Strategy Insights and Planning Associate Consultant in the Strategy & Transformation Service Area will...
  • Partner with clients to design and execute large-scale transformation initiatives across strategy operations technology and organizational effectiveness
  • Support organizational transformation efforts including operating model design governance structures process optimization and future-state organization design
  • Lead workstreams focused on change management stakeholder engagement change readiness communication planning and adoption strategies
  • Facilitate client workshops and working sessions to align stakeholders define priorities and drive decision-making
  • Develop transformation roadmaps implementation plans and PMO governance processes to support successful execution
  • Assess current-state business processes identify improvement opportunities and design scalable future-state solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional client teams to coordinate complex transformation programs and ensure alignment across business functions
  • Support marketing and digital transformation initiatives helping organizations improve customer engagement commercial effectiveness and operational performance
  • Apply structured problem-solving approaches to address organizational workforce and operational challenges
  • Monitor transformation progress identify risks and dependencies and recommend mitigation strategies to keep initiatives on track

What you'll bring:
  • 2-5 years of consulting transformation organizational effectiveness change management workforce advisory human capital or operational excellence experience
  • Experience supporting client-facing engagements within consulting advisory or transformation-focused environments
  • Demonstrated experience leading or supporting organizational change initiatives technology implementations process transformations or operating model redesigns
  • Knowledge of change management methodologies stakeholder engagement strategies and organizational adoption frameworks
  • Experience working within PMO structures governance models or large-scale transformation programs
  • Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills including the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leaders
  • Ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable recommendations and implementation plans
  • Experience developing roadmaps process maps business cases governance frameworks and executive-level presentations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to balance strategic thinking and execution
  • Experience within healthcare life sciences pharmaceuticals or other highly regulated industries is preferred but not required
  • Fluency in English
