Strategy Insights and Planning Associate Consultant
ZS's Strategy Insights and Planning teams partner with clients to design and deliver solutions to help them tackle a broad range of business challenges. Our teams work on multiple projects simultaneously leveraging advanced data analytics and problem-solving techniques. Our recommendations and solutions are based on rigorous research and analysis underpinned by deep expertise and thought leadership.
What you'll do: Strategy Insights and Planning Associate Consultant in the Strategy & Transformation Service Area will...

Partner with clients to design and execute large-scale transformation initiatives across strategy operations technology and organizational effectiveness
Support organizational transformation efforts including operating model design governance structures process optimization and future-state organization design
Lead workstreams focused on change management stakeholder engagement change readiness communication planning and adoption strategies
Facilitate client workshops and working sessions to align stakeholders define priorities and drive decision-making
Develop transformation roadmaps implementation plans and PMO governance processes to support successful execution
Assess current-state business processes identify improvement opportunities and design scalable future-state solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional client teams to coordinate complex transformation programs and ensure alignment across business functions
Support marketing and digital transformation initiatives helping organizations improve customer engagement commercial effectiveness and operational performance
Apply structured problem-solving approaches to address organizational workforce and operational challenges
Monitor transformation progress identify risks and dependencies and recommend mitigation strategies to keep initiatives on track

What you'll bring:

2-5 years of consulting transformation organizational effectiveness change management workforce advisory human capital or operational excellence experience
Experience supporting client-facing engagements within consulting advisory or transformation-focused environments
Demonstrated experience leading or supporting organizational change initiatives technology implementations process transformations or operating model redesigns
Knowledge of change management methodologies stakeholder engagement strategies and organizational adoption frameworks
Experience working within PMO structures governance models or large-scale transformation programs
Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills including the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leaders
Ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable recommendations and implementation plans
Experience developing roadmaps process maps business cases governance frameworks and executive-level presentations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to balance strategic thinking and execution
Experience within healthcare life sciences pharmaceuticals or other highly regulated industries is preferred but not required
Fluency in English
