You will partner with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies, implement scalable workflows, and support data-driven decision-making across finance, sales, procurement, and customer support. Accountabilities:

  • Analyze operational data to uncover trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement.

  • Design and implement efficient workflows and automation to optimize cross-functional operations.

  • Support project management and execution of strategic initiatives across business functions.

  • Maintain and update internal dashboards, reports, and operational documentation for accuracy and transparency.

  • Collaborate with finance, sales, procurement, and customer support teams to streamline processes and improve coordination.

  • Assist with contract management, procurement workflows, and compliance oversight.

  • Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and improve operational effectiveness.

  • Contribute to go-to-market operations, improving alignment between sales, finance, and legal functions.

  • Requirements:

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.

    • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; knowledge of SQL, Python, or BI tools is a plus.
