We are looking for a highly trained  Strategy & Operations Sr. Analyst to ensure that our corporation capitalizes on the benefits that the Salesforce CRM system offers. In this role, their duties will include actively participating in the functional configuration for the continuous improvement of business processes, the maintenance of our sales databases, the management of user accounts including training in the effective use of the products of Salesforce as well as collaborating with third-party teams for the integration of processes with other tools and suppliers.
To ensure success as a  Strategy & Operations Sr. Analyst, you must have extensive knowledge of Salesforce system administration and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Salesforce administrators ensure that their Salesforce experience translates into streamlined sales department operations.

What are the activities of a Strategy & Operations Sr. Analyst?

• Upgrade and configure SalesForce for optimized integration
• Manage SalesForce Roles, profiles, Workflows, groups and sales territories.
• Bulk Upload data into the system (contacts, opportunities, leads and other data)
• Build reports and dashboards from scratch and edit existing ones
• General data hygiene and cleanup
• Provide training to sales teams
• Document processes and build tutorials

• 2-3 years of experience as a SalesForce administrator
• Excepcional ability to create and maintain SalesForce Databases
• In depth knowledge of SalesForce products and their functionalities
• Proficiency in creating profiles, allocating roles and managing access
• Knowledge in importing sales data and generating reports
• Ability to provide training and end user support
