Job Description
Client Servicing Subject Matter Experts are domain experts in a specific area or topic operating as a liaison between our clients and internal teams. They develop and apply expertise in the Clearwater/Enfusion systems and processes to evaluate requirements and configure solutions to meet a wide range of portfolio construction reporting and accounting needs for Clearwater's largest clients.
Regarded as trusted experts in their area they have the confidence to make decisions and contribute to client success whilst being able to provide instruction to team members regarding their area of expertise.
Responsibilities:
Translate the client’s business requirements into specific system applications process design implementation materials/training and SOPs.
Trusted to deliver accurate timely and thorough responses to any inquiry in both written and verbal contexts with the ability to simplify multiple complex topics.
Effectively communicate and collaborate with a global team to accurately resolve complex problems and client inquiries in their area of specialism as well as broader financial or accounting topics.
Strategize with development teams to enhance our product offering improve our client on-boarding experience shorten delivery time frames and develop repeatable scalable processes.
Provides mentorship/training as well as designing and implementing training materials and SOPs.
Proactively work towards continuous improvement of processes procedures tools and resources within the team.
Manage and consistently complete assigned projects and coordinate necessary resources.
Key contributor for knowledge base and SOP documentation leading efforts to drive client self-service.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting or Finance-related field or experience in relevant area of specialization.
4+ years’ relevant financial services experience.
Knowledge on portfolio construction reporting accounting and pricing/valuations.
Broad industry expertise in financial services using skills to contribute to the development of company objectives and principles.
Can own multiple projects at a time achieving goals in creative and effective ways.
Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving organizational and interpersonal skills.
Experience in the Enfusion PMS system is a plus.
Salary Range
$60000.00 - $85000.00This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law compensation will be determined based on relevant experience other job-related qualifications/skills and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role benefits include: health/vision/dental insurance 401(k) PTO parental leave and medical leave STD/LTD insurance benefits. Skills Required
