As a member of the Medical Device Divisional Business Intelligence group, you will deliver efficiency, visibility, structure and process to our organization. Our team is strategically aligned with the Operations function, acting as a bridge between the Business and IT. You will partner with business experts to understand business strategy and information needs, develop business intelligence solutions, implement supporting data and process changes, and ensure sustainability and effectiveness of solutions.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

•

Business Intelligence Development :

• Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions to turn data into actionable insights

• Develop visualizations, reports, and dashboards using business intelligence tools (Microsoft Power BI)

• Work closely with IT data architects to ensure development of effective data models

• Partner with Supply Planning, Deployment, Logistics and Transportation team to identify requirements, extract data, and create reports for Supply Chain end users

Business Process Optimization

• As it relates to business intelligence initiatives, work with business Subject Matter Experts (SME's) to map current cross-functional processes and identify and eliminate unnecessary uniqueness. These processes include both system and people process flows.

• Influence the adoption of standard processes across the organization to support consistent, aligned, and accurate reporting and measurement

Organizational Change Management

• Understand the big picture and drive strategic, value-based changes across the organization

• Ensure an ongoing focus on user experience and adoption

• Deliver all associated Change Management, Training, and Communications deliverables per established plan

• Execute and/or support sustaining activities

•

BI Power User Development

• Support development of business intelligence power user capabilities, including business intelligence tools, concepts, and data

• Foster connections within the business intelligence community

Minimum 3 years

IT, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or related business role demonstrating excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of business drivers of profitability, and data driven analysis.

Experience in medical device manufacturing preferred.

Experience with SAP source data and reporting tools (S/4 HANA, SAP IBP, Power BI, etc.) preferred

Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and solve problems by building relationships and collaborating.

Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment.

Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced Agile development environment.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines in timely manner.

Ability to travel if needed.
