Summary:
Auto Anything is an Ecommerce Brands Company that is focused on tackling the world of automotive ecommerce. The company owns multiple automotive sites and is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to join our growing team! This position is fully remote with service locations in all US time zones.
The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for managing vendor compliance and identifying opportunities to improve our ability to transact with vendors (e.g. inventory, PO transmission, invoicing, cancellations, etc). This includes monitoring data feeds for compliance, monitoring item purchasability across channels, and leveraging the data we collect to develop and manage the top priority vendor list for enhancing connection capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with merchandising, sourcing, finance, and the EDI team to build and prioritized list of feed enhancements for our top vendors; support data feeds team in navigating vendor conversations to drive change as needed; pitch in to identify and resolve issues as needed
- Monitor inventory feeds for stability, compliance, and reliability; proactively spot issues we can action against
- Help create and document our standard operating procedure for vendor compliance; subsequently maintain, and enforce our SLAs with vendors
- Identify and resolve issues with vendor data connections (spanning API, EDI, and flat file) across a range of business functions including supply chain management, inventory, and accounting
- Ensure all sellable items are purchasable across all channels at all times
- Communicate product changes, including supersedes or discontinuations
- Identify areas for process improvement and help execute a roadmap in conjunction with supply chain leadership
- Support the sourcing team in troubleshooting and resolving purchase order related issues
- Manage the new vendor setup process working with internal stakeholders across all key functions to ensure all data is complete and accurate
Experience:
- 5+ years of previous experience with Supply Chain, Procurement, Data Exchange, or related tasks
Qualifications:
- Highly motivated, self-starter, curious, with a desire to improve business processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, prioritizing work effectively
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks/projects
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of ecommerce retail metrics
- Advanced analytical skills; proficient in Microsoft Excel
- General knowledge of API and EDI document types and VANs such as GCommerce, TrueCommerce, DiCentral, and SPS.
- Strong computer literacy and comfortable navigating large datasets/databases. MSSQL experience is extremely helpful but not required
