Supply Chain Data Analyst
The Data Management & Tools Analyst supports the Sr. Manager, Supply Chain Data Management in leading the strategies, tactics, governance, analysis, and solutions supporting the supply chain data needs for Dentsply Sirona. Responsible for partnering cross-functionally with the Product Groups/IT/Operations/Finance/Digital teams to drive master data quality and data governance capabilities throughout the supply chain. This role will be also responsible for developing and implementing consistent data reporting standards and practices across the multiple businesses units/Warehouses and multiple ERP/S&OP/WMS systems and will partner with the IT/GDW team to develop automated and standardized reporting & analysis solutions for S&OP and Logistics teams.

Supply Chain Data Analyst
The Data Management & Tools Analyst supports the Sr. Manager, Supply Chain Data Management in leading the strategies, tactics, governance, analysis, and solutions supporting the supply chain data needs for Dentsply Sirona. Key Repsonsibilities:
- Support complex projects that drive business solutions through technology in partnership with the global functions.
- Drive common data management process, standards, policies, controls, audits, metrics, governance, reporting, and organization capabilities across the supply chain globally.
- Provide expertise to supply chain staff and project teams in the areas of change management, communications, data mining, knowledge management, and industry best-practice bench marking related to data management tools and how they can play a key role in success.
- Willing to go into a deep level of detail with data, while maintaining a strategic view to ensure alignment of people, processes and technology to enable continuous improvement of the end to end supply chain.
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
- Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources in order to build and maintain reporting, dashboards, etc.
- Design and establish data governance standard processes, metrics, and stewardship to improve data quality, efficiency, and operating effectiveness.
- Design and establish data reporting standards and practices across the global supply chain.
- Responsible for driving a continuous improvement philosophy across the supply chain network. Will collaborate with stakeholders to establish a performance scorecard that will be used to measure and communicate network performance such as common backorder reporting, schedule adherence, etc.
- Execute strategies, tools, and reporting processes to track key performance measures & create dashboards to monitor, measure and present supply chain master data metrics & standards.
- Manages cleansing and similar operations on raw data to establish the agreed "Source of Truth".
Typical Background:
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level of relevant experience.
Certifications/Licensing:
- Six Sigma Green Belt or higher or Lean certification is preferred.
- APICS certification is preferred.
Years and Type of Experience:
- 3 plus years of experience in supply chain and 2 plus year of data management.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with management and peers.
- Experience working in various ERPs including SAP, AX, BPCS and/or Movex.
- Experience with best in class supply chain systems.
- Experience with Data Warehouse products.
- Must have experience in building out processes for data quality, governance, and data stewardship.
Key Required Skills, Knowledge and Capabilities:
- Knowledgeable of latest supply chain tools and data related problems that need to be solved by improving technologies.
- Excellent communication and follow up skills to manage expectations and resolve conflicts with stakeholders.
