ECS is seeking a Supply Specialist to work in our Orlando, FL office.
Job Description:
Coordination and preparation of all logistics documentation and events. This includes generating logistics contractual and regulatory documentation for review/approval by the lead, initially reviewing and providing assessments to the lead on logistics contract deliverables, coordinating with the PEO STRI G4 for cataloging of TADSS, submitting documentation to the Fielding Office to support lateral transfer activities, and coordinating with Gaining Commands to plan fielding activities.
Drafting contract requirements documents to support procurement of life cycle support product data such as Technical Publications, Logistics Product Data and Summaries, Spares, IUID Verification Report and New Equipment Training (NET) Material.
Supporting site surveys for future deliveries.
Coordinating and supporting major logistics events to validate/verify the contract deliverable such as Technical Manual Validation and Verification, Logistics Demonstration, NET material verification, IUID verification, Physical Configuration Audit and final inventory/acceptance with the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). The contractor shall also ensure the OEM processes and test requirements include validation/verification of the Reliability, Availability and Maintainability requirements.
Required Skills:
- Active Secret Clearance.
- Knowledge of supply operations and program requirements and the ability to apply established supply policies, day-to-day servicing techniques, regulations, or procedures.
- Ability to conduct extensive searches for transaction information entailing the reconstruction of records for complex property accounting transactions.
- Background in logistics life cycle processes.
