As a Human Performance Support Specialist, you will be responsible for working directly with our users, dealing with the most complex set of customer issues at Hudl. You will primarily focus on Human Performance by monitoring internal and external load variables, including the combination of software and hardware solutions that make the WIMU advanced athlete monitoring ecosystem.
You will be a key member in helping us create increased and improved product knowledge throughout our Americas region and most specifically within Mexico customers (high performing universities, national governing bodies and professional sports organizations). This role is based within the Federación Mexicana de Fútbol headquarters in Toluca de Lerdo, Méx., Mexico.
You are- Knowledgeable. You have an understanding of Sports Sciences applied in high performance analysis, especially where physical conditioning and wearable technologies are required.

- A problem solver. You love seeing the world through someone else's eyes in order to find the best feasible solution for them. Running diagnostics to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
- A confident communicator. You know how to best relay solutions with a clear approach and a human touch. Ensuring issues, with a varying degree of technical complexity, are resolved or escalated where required.
- Naturally Curious. You discover edge scenarios and are constantly digging in to learn more about features and use cases, especially around Data Science and Data Visualization.

- Multilingual. You speak Spanish and English fluently.
- Thrive on the front lines. You’ll answer queries, through phone calls, emails, messaging, ranging from how-to questions to troubleshooting for products like SPRO, SVIVO or WIMU Cloud. Showcasing your skills as a communicator and a trusted technological resource.
- Listen. You’ll empathize with our customers and respond with creative solutions.
- Help teams and athletes win. Our clients come to us to enhance their game - you’ll make sure they know how to use our products in the best way possible and you will also prepare weekly reports or work on research projects.
- Collaborate. You’ll act as an internal advocate for evolving customer needs while teaming up with our product teams to surface customer insights.
- Be adaptable. You’ll be available for our customers in their time of need, this includes game days. You might be required to work weekends in this role and also travel throughout the country to further train our users on our products and understand their workflows and challenges.
