As our SVP, Group Analytics Leader, you will…

Be Accountable and Responsible

This is an elevated position within the team with a great opportunity for a senior leader to shape the organization’s imperative for a strategic, data-driven analytics offering.

  • Help craft the vision of data and analytics for the agency
  • Identify data sets and tools necessary to execute the vision
  • Leverage data as differentiation to improve the win ratio in new and existing client pitches
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to lead and partner with all MERGE clients, creating & implementing strategic and tactical plans that help achieve client objectives
  • Lead a team of 30+ data and analytics professionals across multiple office locations
  • Inspire a highly collaborative multi-disciplinary agency talent experience
  • Build a highly trusted and agile environment that makes great work possible and delights clients
  • Utilize data and insights, and oversee the development of strategic initiatives and roadmaps
  • Engage in regular ideation and creative problem-solving with service-offering leaders
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure revenue goals are met 
  • Understand the client business holistically, beyond advertising, and where they are on the digital maturity scale, to provide strategic considerations/solutions as required
  • Attract, develop, and retain talent building a track record of developing leaders

These are the qualifications we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s Degree and at least 15+ years of advertising agency experience with at least 9+ years in a leadership role
  • Deep knowledge and expertise in digital analytics
  • Experience developing data-driven strategies that enable client growth
  • Experience in crafting client-facing reporting with the ability to turn the reports into insights as well as the story to take to the client
  • Expertise in retail/ecomm, healthcare and finance preferred, with experience across multiple channels including paid media, affiliate marketing, email, SEO, analytics, audience strategies, and brand strategies
  • Proven track record of delivering business results and organic growth
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple pieces of business and projects simultaneously
  • Ability to establish strong relationships with clients, including C level, delivering strategically-sound recommendations, and thought leadership in support of their business
  • Natural problem solver who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment

Compensation: $190,000-$244,000

Salary differential is based on seniority, merit, education, training, and experience. MERGE’s career ladders reflect department growth from Associate through Partner levels, with details of roles and responsibilities associated with each level. New hires are assigned a job level within a particular position based on these criteria and salary is set within the job level based on these criteria. Growth from one level to the next occurs when employees master their role and are promoted to the next level, generally during salary review cycles that are posted in the employee handbook.
