Role: SVP of Product 

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Senior Vice President of Product to lead our product strategy and development efforts. As the SVP of Product, you will be responsible for driving the overall product vision, roadmap, and execution to deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure the successful launch and adoption of our products.

What you’ll do:

• Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's goals and market trends. Identify new market opportunities and define the product roadmap accordingly.
• Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development process, from conceptualization to launch. Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science teams to deliver high-quality, innovative products that exceed customer expectations.
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and emerging technologies. Use insights to drive product enhancements and identify areas for differentiation.
• Customer Focus: Deeply understand customer requirements, pain points, and user experiences. Regularly engage with customers to gather feedback and insights, translating them into actionable product improvements and features.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of the product roadmap. Foster a culture of cross-functional collaboration, shared successes, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Product Launch and Adoption: Develop go-to-market strategies and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive successful product launches. Monitor product adoption and engagement metrics, leveraging data to optimize product performance and user satisfaction.
• Leadership and Team Development: Build and lead a high-performing product team, providing mentorship, guidance, and support. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and professional growth.
• Industry Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape. Act as a thought leader in the product space, representing Vic.ai in industry events and conferences.

What you'll need:

• Experience: 10+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on software products, in the SaaS industry. Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling innovative products.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams. Experience leading and growing product teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think strategically, translate business objectives into product strategies, and drive execution to achieve goals. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Customer Focus: Deep understanding of customer needs and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences. Experience gathering and translating customer insights into actionable product improvements.
• Technical Aptitude: Solid understanding of software development processes and methodologies. Ability to engage effectively with engineering teams, making informed decisions on technical trade-offs.
• Business Acumen: Strong business acumen with the ability to align product strategies with revenue goals and market opportunities. Familiarity with financial technology (fintech) and accounting software is a plus.
• Communication and Influencing Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
• Innovation Mindset: Passionate about innovation and emerging technologies. Proactive in identifying new market trends and opportunities
