Software Project Manager with responsibility for the development, release, and lifecycle management of new software products for the Financial Services markets. Key activities include development of product requirements, value proposition, business case, pricing strategy, product roadmap, and competitive analysis. Lead cross-functional teams in concept development, new product introduction, and lifecycle management of software service product offerings. Accountable for all program metrics including development schedule, cost, unit sales, revenue, margin, product quality, market share and customer satisfaction. Gather, prioritize, and document product requirements and validate value proposition. Support and work directly with sales organization for product training, sales strategy, customer presentations, and RFP responses. Provide direction, content, and support for product marketing efforts including trade shows, marketing programs, webinars, and sales collateral. Perform competitive analysis and monitor market / technology trends. Develop pricing strategy. Define cost targets and manage cost reduction activities.
