SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR

YOUR OPPORTUNITY

The System Administrator will be a core member of our Commercial Operations team. The primary mission of the Commercial Operations team is to provide end-to-end strategic and transaction support for our revenue-generating teams. As a System Admin you will be administering the automated systems and processes that support our teams that sell and deliver services to our global customers.

WHO YOU ARE

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce and/or other relevant applications (e.g., SPIFF, Kimble, Clari)
• Salesforce Certified Admin and other Salesforce badges are a plus but not required
• Bachelor's degree in a business or relevant technical field or commensurate experience
• Cloud or SaaS industry experience is an advantage
• Experience in delivering high quality work products against challenging timelines
• Demonstrated willingness to take full ownership and responsibility for assigned tasks and successfully troubleshoot support issues
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and driven

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Work on key initiatives, including new integrations, migrations, customizations, and rollouts of new applications and features
• Identify opportunities to improve systems to develop incremental automation to streamline and improve operational processes
• Troubleshoot support issues and identify root causes to mitigate future challenges
• Manage dashboards and reporting cadence
