System Integration Specialist (TS/SCI)

Vantor is seeking a System Integration Specialist to support mission requirements for a structured approach to further develop integrate and sustain a scalable federated data ecosystem that enhances interoperability governance and mission-driven analytics for a DoD customer. The primary objective of the program is to bridge the operational gaps between DoD IC interagency and non-traditional international partners to enable real-time information sharing dynamic data integration and mission-tailored analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure interoperability between JIRA and GitLab by configuring automated workflows for task tracking reporting and approvals.

• Establish authentication integrations with the sponsoring Command’s Microsoft Active Directory (Azure AD) to enforce CAC/PIV-based access controls in accordance with DoD identity management policies.

• Submit the System Interoperability & Security Integration Report documenting authentication measures security compliance and integration workflows.

Minimum Requirements:

• An active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility based on a Tier 5 background investigation completed within the past five (5) years at time of the proposal submission.

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering Information Technology or a related field or;

• Five (5) years of equivalent experience in system integration.

• Knowledge and capability to integrate JIRA GitLab and other IT service management tools ensuring seamless data synchronization and workflow automation.

• Proficient in API integrations system interoperability and secure authentication protocols.

• Strong scripting and automation skills are required to streamline data exchange between platforms.

• Demonstrated experience in integrating ITSM platforms developing API-based solutions and ensuring secure identity federation.

• Experience with OAuth SAML and enterprise authentication protocols is required.

• This position is part-time.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ITIL Foundation Certification.

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect.
