As a Systems Analyst at Luna, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and success of our Salesforce ecosystem.

What you will do: 

• Design, build, and maintain a Salesforce ecosystem to replace current disparate systems and processes 
• Own the end-to-end delivery of long-term Salesforce projects and solutions
• Drive progress and solve complex issues through Salesforce standard methodologies
• Collaborate with business, sales, and ops teams to surface and address architectural gaps or technical debt through Salesforce automation

You will be a good fit if you have:

• 4+ Years of experience with Salesforce development tools and techniques
• Experience building integrations with Rest API, Platform Events, etc.
• Strong proficiency in managing workflow triggers, validation rules, approval processes, custom objects, custom settings, reports and dashboard development, controllers, outbound messaging
• Strong understanding of object-oriented concepts and design patterns
• Proven track record to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via Salesforce automation
• Familiarity with other CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot)
• Excellent verbal, written, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

• Salesforce Certifications in architecture, development, and Sales/Service consulting
